"...just don't expect to get your bloody black backpack back..."

so i ordered a backpack from ebags.com. a great backpack. here's a link to it: *poof*. I was supposed to get it on Thursday. But of course I didn't. So here is my story about how UPS sucks ASS and I still don't have my backpack.

Monday, April 10 - Ordered from e-Bags.com

Monday, April 10 - UPS picks up bag from e-Bags and starts to lose it

Wednesday, April 12 - UPS gets bag to Illinois, keeps losing it

Thursday, April 13 - UPS gets bag to Chicago, really starts to lose it

Thursday, April 13 - UPS tries to deliver to me, gets confused when I leave a note asking them to deliver the package at 6pm instead, loses my bag.

Friday, April 14 - UPS takes my bag off UPS truck, throws it out.

Saturday, April 15 - Some dog eats my bag, I'm sure of it.

Monday, April 17 - One week later, no bag. UPS tells me they'll try to track it down. No apologies thus far.
